• Fall '25 and Spring '26: SFB Important Dates and Processing Time

• The Office of University Events Checklist for large or late-night RSO events must now be submitted 30 days before the event. Read more here...
• RSOs must request contracts at least 30 days before their on-campus events if they plan to hire external services (e.g., DJs, photographers, paid speakers, etc.).. Read more here..
• RSO's are required to submit all events in Mason360 at least 10 days before the event. Read more here...

• Paint a Voice Wall on Wilkin's Plaza to advertise your event(s). Read more here...
