    Women in Business (WIB) is a student-led organization at George Mason University dedicated to empowering women and allies interested in business through professional development, community, and networking opportunities. For the very first time, WIB will be hosting an annual Spring Conference, providing help to students to explore business pathways, strengthen career readiness, and connect with professionals in an inclusive space. The Spring Conference will feature resume and LinkedIn workshops, professionally taken headshots, career-focused panels, and networking opportunities, with breakfast and snacks provided. The conference is free for Mason students and open to all who want to learn, grow, and prepare for success within the business world.
