The training, co-hosted by the First-Gen+ Center and UndocuMason (RSO), helps participants gain an understanding of the history, challenges, and strengths of first-generation college students from undocumented backgrounds. It explores relevant policies, lived experiences, and the unique barriers these students navigate. The Training Team is dedicated to fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment that promotes the academic success, career development, and overall well-being of first-generation students from immigrant origins by sharing accessible resources, providing correct information, and empowering the community through education and promoting awareness.
Lunch will be provided!
