This program aims to learn about the various Post-Graduation and Professional/Career Pathways for Undocumented Students by providing attendees with an understanding of how varying immigration statuses can impact their professional aspirations. Also, we would like to feature a panel composed of TheDream.US scholars and alumni to share their experiences and tips on how to navigate graduate school and/or successfully leverage their college education and experiences to create their own career pathways and income-generating opportunities as entrepreneurs or self-employment. Lastly, we would like to conclude the program with a networking component for students and stakeholders from the DC Metro Area region to come together in community, share lived experiences, and connect with professionals and peers from leading institutions to build a coalition to advance cross-institutional efforts in support of the success and well-being of undocumented students.

This 2-hour interactive career development program is a partnership between George Mason University, Northern Virginia Community College, Trinity University, and Marymount University. This program is open to community members, allies/advocates, students, professionals, and practitioners. We encourage you to share it among your respective networks. Please register soon as space is limited.
