Whether you’re building apps solo or collaborating with a team, knowing how to manage your code and organize your workflow is essential. In this workshop led by Phu Thai, Software Engineer at Microsoft, students will be introduced to Git, the industry-standard version control system, and explore how it powers collaboration through platforms like GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket.

In addition, we’ll cover the basics of Agile project management, a framework widely used in tech teams to keep projects organized, flexible, and efficient. Students will see how technical tools and management practices come together to support teamwork and productivity.
