Join us for the 28th annual Health and Fitness Expo! This popular event is free and open to the Mason community. 

Come participate in interactive health education activities, hands-on demonstrations, a cooking demonstration, and fitness instruction and challenges. Register today and join us to win door prizes and giveaways! 

We are also hosting a Red Cross blood drive!
