Join us for our first More Than a Moment of the semester as we recognize Hispanic Heritage Month through food, film, and facilitated conversation.

On Wednesday, October 14, we’ll screen "Which Way Home" (2009), a documentary following a group of young, unaccompanied Central American migrants as they journey through Mexico in hopes of reaching the United States.

Following the film, stay for a community conversation exploring themes of migration, identity, family, and resilience, facilitated by Mason student Santiago Gomez-Diaz (’28), a member of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. and UndocuMason.

Come for the food, stay for the film, and leave with something to think about!
