This year's Leadership Mason Experience will take place on Saturday, October 23rd from 10:00am-4:00pm on the Fairfax Campus in the Hub, Ballroom. The conference will provide students with the opportunity to enhance and build upon their personal leadership skills and presence. Students will have an opportunity to engage with one another in a thought-provoking, interactive virtual learning environment that will challenge students to think critically around the following leadership focus areas: (1) student activism and civic engagement, (2) well-being, self-care, and community care, (3) ethical leadership, (4) diversity, inclusion, and identity development, and (5) career exploration and mentoring.

As a result of participating in the 2021 Leadership Mason Experience, participants will be able to:

- Engage with participants in discussions around the following leadership focus areas: (1) student activism and civic engagement (2) well-being, community care, and self-care (3) ethical leadership (4) diversity, inclusion, and identity development (5) career exploration and mentoring
- Describe at least one way that can promote positive social change within an organization or in society in general
- Articulate at least one new university policy, resource, or procedure that exists at Mason that enhances your leadership experience and campus involvement
- Identify at least one new relationship that they established while participating
