During this interactive program, participants will discuss the broken immigration system in the Americas, and the need for reform. Although focused on the Americas, the lessons will be applicable to Mason students from all over the world.

The phenomenon of human smuggling deserves special attention considering its critical influence and growing capacity. Human smuggling poses a threat to migrants themselves, as well as to US and regional law enforcement and security interests.
