The mission of Shaolin (SHAOLIN) is to provide college students with a platform for in-depth learning of Shaolin Kung Fu and Zen. Through Kung Fu meditation practices and related activities, we guide members to explore their inner desires and attachments. We are dedicated to enhancing individual focus and self-awareness through the practice of Shaolin Zen, helping members find inner calm and harmony amidst the busy academic life.
