End The Housing Crisis In Fairfax!

Attend the City of Fairfax "Zoning Standards For Small Area Plans" meeting and support zoning for the planned density by-right.
The City of Fairfax has already planned for five urban activity centers throughout the city. These activity centers are all connected by the CUE bus, and will have new urbanist design principals, like mixed use development, wide sidewalks, bikeability, and walkability. This all looks nice on paper, but it's meaningless if we don't enact it into the zoning code.

This meeting provides us an inflection point that can carry these ideas into law in their strongest possible form, by-right. Join us and attend the meeting.
