Join Mason Artist-in-Residence Music From The Sole and the Brazilian Student Association at Mason for an engaging evening celebrating Brazilian culture through music and movement. This event will feature an interactive demonstration, followed by a conversation with the artists about their cultural backgrounds and how they shape their work. The evening will wrap up with a catered Brazilian dinner, giving you the chance to mingle with the artists and continue the conversation. 
Dress Casual (jeans ok)
Food Provided (Arroz: Traditional Brazilian-style white rice. Feijoada: A classic Brazilian black bean stew, traditionally prepared with meat. Vegetarian Feijão: A meat-free Brazilian black bean option for vegetarian guests. Mandioca Frita: Crispy fried cassava, a popular Brazilian side dish similar to fries. Frango Assado: Seasoned Brazilian-style roasted chicken. Vinagrete: A fresh Brazilian vinaigrette made with chopped tomatoes, onions, peppers, and vinegar, commonly served alongside meats and rice. Brigadeiros: Traditional Brazilian chocolate fudge truffles covered in chocolate sprinkles. Beijinhos: Coconut truffles made with condensed milk and coconut, similar to brigadeiros but with a coconut flavor.)
