[Mason Korea] Leadership Academy

Do you want to uncover your unique strengths and unlock your potential as a leader? The Office of University Life is thrilled to announce the launch of the Leadership Academy, a dynamic program designed to help students identify their strengths and cultivate essential leadership skills.

The Leadership Academy, inspired by the LEAD program from the Fairfax campus, offers an exciting opportunity for students to grow personally and professionally by enhancing their leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. Through engaging workshops and interactive discussions, participants will gain valuable insights into effective leadership strategies and practices.

This semester, the academy features three impactful sessions tailored to empower students:

Leadership 101 – Explore the fundamentals of leadership and discover how to lead with confidence and purpose.
Values and Leadership – Learn how to align your personal values with your leadership style, fostering authenticity and integrity.
Leadership Across Differences – Develop skills to lead inclusively, embracing diversity and fostering collaboration across different perspectives.
By participating in the Leadership Academy, students will not only enhance their skills but also earn a Leadership Certificate from the Office of University Life, recognizing their dedication to personal and professional growth.
