Kiosk Guidelines

25Live + SFB + Mason360 Event Submission

Don’t wait for Mason360 Event Approval to submit your SFB request!
You can submit both requests at the same time. Your event can also be Tentative in 25Live while we review your Mason360 event marketing.
Remember that we require 3 business days for Mason360 Event Approval reviews.
 
Submit early → Submit both → Don’t wait!
 

🤝 Need Support for Your RSO?

RSOs don’t have to navigate challenges alone! The Student Support and Advocacy Center (SSAC) offers workshops, consultation, referrals, and support on topics like healthy relationships, bystander intervention, financial well-being, substance use, and other barriers to personal success.

Campus Demonstration, Events, and Gatherings

Take a moment to review the updated Campus Demonstration, Events, and Gatherings website. This site serves as a centralized resource for students, faculty, staff, and community members seeking information about demonstrations, events, gatherings, and other expressive activities on campus. It provides guidance on university policies, event planning requirements, rights and responsibilities, available campus resources, and support from the Student Expression Advocacy Team. 

Designed to promote transparency, safety, and collaboration, the website reflects the university’s commitment to free expression, encourages student engagement, and helps foster a respectful informed, and civically engaged campus community. 

 

A Note from our Partners at Office of University Events (25Live)

  • Make sure you add all details for your events whe filling out your 25Live reservation.  The more information our team has, the more support we can offer. Always include the names of speakers at your events, especially during election years.
  • If your RSO has a change in plans for a reservation, such as a general body meeting changing to a gathering with a non-Mason speaker, you must contact the Office of University Events with this change. Remember, any changes must be communicated. Check out their FAQ page.

Calling all gamers and gaming enthusiasts!

George Mason University's Student Involvement and the Center for the Arts team up once again for GAMEmason, an engaging two-day gaming convention.

GAMEmason 2026 will will be VERY hands on and interactive this year with workshops, makerspaces, lots of new tournaments and contests, free arcade play, tabletop and console gaming; a new casual gaming area, Street festival with an artist alley featuring work by Mason students; vendors and businesses from across the game industry, live music, an outdoor movie and more!

How to Check In for the Event
Bring your valid Mason ID to the Center for the Arts Ticket Office to check in on the day of the event.

Community Tickets

Attendees must be at least 16 years of age. Attendees aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult. All attendees must have a ticket.
