This year’s symposium opens with keynote speaker Terri Feely, Chief People Officer at Inova Health System, who will speak on “Charting the Course: Leadership Strategies for the Healthcare of Tomorrow.”
With over 35 years of senior HR leadership experience, she has been the principal architect of the enterprise-wide cultural transformation, guiding leadership development and the mission-driven workforce strategy. Since joining Inova in 2018, she has partnered closely with executive leadership to evolve the organization's operating model, embedding accountability and engagement level.
