About Us
The mission of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Student Association for Women (AMSAW) is to spread the message of Ahmadiyyat, a sect of Islam which believes that the second-coming of Jesus has arrived in the name of the Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmed. His goal was to revive Islam and its teachings while also rejecting violence and terrorism, with the motto “Love for all, Hatred for none.” We will educate students and spread awareness of Ahmadiyya Islam through distributing literature and pamphlets from the Ahmadiyya Muslim community, provide service-related opportunities to members, and to build a tight-knit community where members can participate in discussions of religious and secular education. We will strive to end the stigma that comes with being an Ahmadi Muslim through interfaith dialogue that will build respect and tolerance amongst George Mason and the wider community.
